License agreement

The LandingGo License grants you (the “Licensee”) an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to utilize the digital work (“Item”) available for purchase or download on landinggo.com.

You are licensed to use the Item to create unlimited End Products for yourself or for your clients, and the End Products may be sold, licensed, sub-licensed, or freely distributed.

What you CAN do

Permitted uses

  • Create end products for clients or personal projects using the Items
  • Unlimited end products - Create as many finished projects as you want
  • Modify or manipulate the Item in any way you see fit
  • Combine with other works and create derivative works from the Items
  • Commercial use - Use in projects that generate revenue
  • Client projects - Use Items in work for paying clients
  • Make copies - Create any number of copies of End Products for personal or client engagements
  • License and sub-license End Products to others
  • Multi-use - Use an Item multiple times across different projects

Examples of permitted end products

End products include but are not limited to:

  • Commercial or personal websites
  • Mobile applications (iOS, Android, web apps)
  • Web applications and SaaS products
  • Landing pages and marketing sites
  • E-commerce stores
  • Portfolio websites
  • Corporate websites
  • Startup websites
  • Presentations and pitch decks
  • Digital marketing campaigns
  • Client deliverables

What you CANNOT do

Prohibited uses

  • Re-distribute the Item as stock components, templates, or source files, regardless of any modifications, under any circumstances

    • You cannot replicate or make modifications to the Item and sell it other marketplaces, or any platform as your own work
    • This applies even if source files are not included

  • Create competing products: You may not make a theme, template, UI kit, or derivative work of any Item to sell on any marketplace (including but not limited to Gumroad, Creative Market, ThemeForest, Envato, etc.)

  • Redistribute via any channel including:

    • Marketplaces and template platforms
    • Private channels, Discord servers, or Telegram groups
    • Bots or automated distribution systems
    • GitHub repositories as standalone templates
    • Any other public or private distribution method

  • Use as your own product: You cannot claim authorship or ownership of the original Items

  • Use assets improperly: You may not use illustrations, images, or other assets included in Items as part of products or presentations to be sold in any marketplace unless you are the rightful owner/creator of those assets

Violation of these terms will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

LandingGo reserves the right to take legal action against individuals or entities found to be in violation of this license agreement, including but not limited to:

  • Cease and desist notices
  • DMCA takedown requests
  • Legal proceedings for damages
  • Criminal prosecution where applicable

Team licensing

If you are purchasing Items for multiple individuals in your team or organization:

  • Individual License - For use by one person only
  • Team License - Required when multiple team members will access or use the Items
  • Organization License - For larger organizations with multiple teams

Important: Please support the creators and purchase the appropriate team size license during checkout. Sharing individual licenses across team members is a violation of this agreement.

License terms and conditions

1. Ownership and rights

  • The author/creator of the Item retains full ownership of the Item
  • This license grants you specific usage rights as outlined in this agreement
  • This license is between the creator of the Item and you (the Licensee)
  • LandingGo.com facilitates the licensing but is not a party to the license itself

2. Third-party components

For some Items, certain components may be sourced from elsewhere and different license terms may apply to those components, such as:

  • Third-party libraries or frameworks
  • Open source licenses (MIT, GPL, Apache, etc.)
  • Creative Commons licenses
  • Other commercial licenses

If applicable, such components will be:

  • Identified in the Item's description page on landinggo.com
  • Noted in the Item's downloaded files or documentation
  • Subject to their original license terms for that specific component
  • This LandingGo License will apply to the rest of the Item

3. Attribution

Attribution is not required for End Products created using LandingGo Items. You may remove any credits or attribution if present, though we appreciate credit when possible.

4. License Duration

This license is perpetual and does not expire. Once you've downloaded an Item under this license, you may continue to use it indefinitely according to these terms.

5. Updates and support

  • Item updates (if any) are provided at the discretion of the creator
  • Technical support is not guaranteed but may be provided
  • Access to future versions may require additional purchase

6. Warranty disclaimer

Items are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or completeness
  • Freedom from errors or bugs

LandingGo and Item creators do not warrant that Items will meet your requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LandingGo and Item creators shall not be liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from use or inability to use Items
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access or alteration of transmissions/data

Even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LandingGo and Item creators from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Items
  • Your violation of this license agreement
  • Your violation of any rights of another party

Changes to this license

LandingGo reserves the right to modify this license agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to landinggo.com. Your continued use of Items after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified license.

Items downloaded before license changes remain subject to the license terms in effect at the time of download.

By downloading, purchasing, or using any Item from LandingGo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this License Agreement.
