1. Overview

LandingGo offers landing page components and related services to you, the user, under the condition that you accept all of our terms, including these Terms of Service and all related policies.

By using our website, accessing LandingGo components, or otherwise making use of our services, you agree to our Terms and Conditions as laid out in these Terms of Service. We strongly encourage you to read these Terms of Service thoroughly before using or continuing use of our services. If you do not agree to any of the terms in these Terms of Service or related policies, then you may not make use of our services.

2. Applicable law and jurisdiction

LandingGo operates internationally. The legal jurisdiction and applicable law will depend on your location and the nature of any dispute:

  • For users in the European Union, EU consumer protection laws apply
  • For users in the United States, state and federal laws apply based on your location
  • For all other users, international commercial law principles apply

In the case that any of the terms in these Terms of Service or our other policies are found to be unlawful, unenforceable, or invalid under applicable law, then the term in question shall instead be enforced to the maximum extent that the law allows. When such unenforceability is determined, this will not affect the validity of any other terms.

If any of our products or services are considered illegal or otherwise unlawful in your geographical region or under the jurisdiction you are subject to, then the offering of said products or services will immediately be void for users in that region.

3. Eligibility and Terms of Use

3.1. Age requirements

By agreeing to these Terms of Service and making use of our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are at least 13 years of age and have obtained verifiable parental or legal guardian consent to use our services

Users under 13 years of age may not use our services under any circumstances.

3.2. Acceptable use

You agree to use LandingGo services only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you may not:

  • Use our products or services in combination with, or for the purpose of, any illegal activities
  • Use our products or services to promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination
  • Use our products or services to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or download our components without permission
  • Resell or redistribute our Pro components without an appropriate license
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation

3.3. Consequences of breach

Breaching any of the terms in these Terms of Service may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account
  • Loss of access to Pro features
  • Legal action if damages occur
  • Reporting to appropriate authorities if illegal activity is suspected

4. General conditions

4.1. Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for whom we have substantial reason to believe may:

  • Misuse our services
  • Violate our Terms of Service or related policies
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Harm other users or our platform

4.2. Intellectual property

All components, designs, code, graphics, logos, and content on LandingGo are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Free Components: You may use free components in your personal and commercial projects. You may modify them to suit your needs. You may not:

  • Redistribute or resell the components as-is or in template collections
  • Claim the original designs as your own creation
  • Use them to create competing component libraries

Pro Components: Pro subscribers receive an extended license that allows:

  • Use in unlimited personal and commercial projects
  • Modification and customization for your projects
  • Use in client projects (for agencies and freelancers)

Pro subscribers may NOT:

  • Redistribute or resell Pro components
  • Share Pro component access with non-subscribers
  • Create derivative component libraries for sale

4.3. Reproduction and distribution

You agree not to copy, duplicate, or otherwise reproduce any part of our website or proprietary technology, except as explicitly permitted in section 4.2 above or with explicit written permission from us.

5. Services and products

5.1. Service description

LandingGo provides:

  • Free Tier: Access to a curated selection of free landing page components
  • Pro Subscription: Access to the complete library of premium components, early access to new releases, and priority support

5.2. Accuracy of previews

We do our best to make any images, previews, and other representations of our components on our website as accurate to the actual code and design as possible. However, the final implementation in your project may differ slightly due to:

  • Different framework versions
  • Browser compatibility variations
  • Your specific customizations and configurations

5.3. Product changes and availability

We reserve the right to:

  • Update, modify, or improve components at any time
  • Add new components to the library
  • Deprecate or remove components with reasonable notice (minimum 30 days for Pro users)
  • Restrict access to certain components based on subscription tier

5.4. Refund policy

One-Time Purchases

  • Refunds available within 14 days of purchase if the product has a significant defect that cannot be resolved
  • Refunds are not available simply due to change of mind once components have been downloaded

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5.5. Geographic restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict the sale of our products and the offering of any of our services to people within any given geographic region or under any given jurisdiction due to:

  • Legal restrictions
  • Payment processing limitations
  • Compliance requirements

Should this restriction apply to you, we will inform you of the reason.

5.6. Right to refuse orders

We reserve the right to refuse any order, transaction, or provision of services for the following reasons:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Suspected reselling or unauthorized redistribution of our products
  • Technical inability to fulfill the order
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes on previous orders

When we refuse service, we will inform you via the email address you provided during registration.

6. Pricing and billing

6.1. Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change at any time.

6.2. Taxes

Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or other taxes that apply in your jurisdiction.

6.3. Payment processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

7. Accuracy of information

7.1. General information

On our platforms, we may provide information on:

  • How to use our components
  • Implementation guides and tutorials
  • Best practices for landing page development
  • Integration with various frameworks and tools

This information is provided as general guidance. We do not guarantee this information is always up-to-date or that it will work perfectly in every environment. We are not liable for any results from directly using any of the information on our platforms.

7.2. Right to update information

We reserve the right to change any information on our website or in any other communication at any moment without prior notice, but we have no obligation to update outdated information.

8. User accounts and information

8.1. Account creation

To access Pro features, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

8.2. Account security

You are responsible for:

  • Not sharing your account with others
  • All activities that occur under your account

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

8.3. Data processing

In order to provide you with our services, we need to process some of your personal information. The terms that apply to this processing of your information are laid out in our Privacy Policy.

9.1. Third-party integrations

Some of our services may integrate with or reference third-party tools, frameworks, and services, including:

  • CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, etc.)
  • JavaScript libraries
  • Hosting platforms
  • Analytics services

These third parties have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for:

  • The availability or functionality of third-party services
  • Any terms these parties enforce
  • The consequences of using third-party services
  • The privacy practices of third parties

We are in no way liable for any consequences that may arise from the use of external third-party services.

9.3. Component dependencies

Some components may require specific dependencies or frameworks to function properly. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary dependencies installed and configured correctly.

10. Errors and corrections

It's possible that information we provide may contain errors or inaccuracies, including:

  • Pricing information
  • Component descriptions
  • Feature availability
  • Promotional details
  • Technical specifications

In the event of such an error, we reserve the right to:

  • Correct the error without prior notice
  • Update or cancel any orders made with faulty information
  • Refuse to honor pricing or promotional errors

If we need to cancel an order due to an error, we will inform you via email and provide a full refund if payment has been processed.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

11.1. Service availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we cannot guarantee that our services will be:

  • Available at all times without interruption
  • Error-free or bug-free
  • Free from delays or performance issues
  • Secure from all security threats
  • Compatible with all browsers, devices, or frameworks

11.2. Component compatibility

We do not warrant that:

  • Components will work in all environments
  • Components will be compatible with all versions of frameworks
  • Components will meet your specific project requirements
  • Components will achieve any particular result

11.3. Use at your own risk

Use of our service is at your own risk. Our products and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Title
  • Accuracy or reliability

11.4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

LandingGo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through our services
  • Any errors or omissions in content
  • Any conduct or content of third parties on our services

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to LandingGo in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LandingGo, its operators, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

13. Termination

13.1. Termination by you

You have the right to terminate your account and agreement with us at any time by: Contacting our support team at hello @ landinggo.com

13.2. Termination by us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • You breach any terms of these Terms of Service
  • We have substantial reason to believe you're engaging in fraudulent activity
  • You engage in activity that could harm other users or our platform
  • Required by law or government authority
  • We discontinue the service entirely

Upon termination by us for violation of terms:

  • You lose access to your account and Pro features immediately
  • You are not entitled to a refund
  • You must cease all use of LandingGo components in new projects
  • Components already implemented in live projects may remain

13.3. Effect of termination

Upon termination:

  • Outstanding invoices or payments remain due
  • Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including: intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions
  • We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

14. Intellectual property claims

If you believe that any content on LandingGo infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at hello @ landinggo.com with:

  • Description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property
  • Location of the allegedly infringing material
  • Your contact information
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
  • Your electronic or physical signature

15. Export compliance

You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer, directly or indirectly, any technical data acquired from LandingGo or any products utilizing such data to any country or entity in violation of applicable export laws and regulations.

16. Entirety of the agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by us on our services, constitute the entire agreement between you and LandingGo.

17. Acknowledgment

BY USING LANDINGGO SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of November 3, 2025, and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in provisions in the future, which will be effective after the notice period specified in section 1.1.
